The Discretionary order attribute gives you the opportunity to potentially both provide liquidity and take liquidity with a single order. The order is submitted at a user-defined limit price along with a specified discretionary amount, for example $3.20 with 3 cents discretion. If the submitted order is non-marketable, it rests on the book and provides liquidity. The discretionary amount allows your order to compete in price improvement auctions as well as take liquidity when possible.

Trade Conditions in Time & Sales

When available, you can see exchange-specific trade conditions by holding your mouse over the Last Price or Size field in the TWS Time and Sales window.

mobileTWS Enhanced for Speed

mobileTWS across all devices now provides a faster and more efficient trading experience from startup to order entry and beyond, including quicker access to market data when you open the app. mobileTWS for iPhone users will see new order entry screens for more efficient order and price entry, improved trade and order lists with more columns and by-column sorting, and an overall improved look and feel that makes it easier to use. TOM Exchange

We recently added support for the Netherlands derivative exchange TOM. Customers using the Cost Plus pricing structure may be charged lower exchange fees than they would be charged with Euronext.

Bonds

In conjunction with BONDLARGE, our newest institutional trading venue with liquidity provided by Credit Suisse, we also offer smart-routed retail sized trading (between 1,000 and 1,000,000) with the same tight bid/ask spreads on these on-the-run issues.

Additionally, we now support Euroclear settlement, which facilitates trading of non-US corporate and sovereign debt.
